Method of Preparation: Soak 250G Gram Lentils (Chana Dal) for 2 Hour. Heat oil in a pan. Add 2 medium sized chopped tomatoes or 100G tomato puree and sauté for 2 minutes. Now add 25G Galaji Achari Dal Masala and sauté for 2 more minutes. Add the soaked dal and 2 glasses of water (approx. 500ML). Cook on low flame till lentils become tender. Garnish with coriander & serve hot with rice or rotis.
