How to Make American Chopsuey
Ingredients

  • SUGAR
  • SALT & SPICES

Method
  • Prepare Crispy Noodles:
  • Boil noodles until just cooked.
  • Drain, spread, and let them dry slightly.
  • Deep-fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
  • Keep aside.
  • Stir-Fry Vegetables:
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok on high flame.
  • Add julienned cabbage, capsicum, and carrots.
  • Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes (keep crunchy).
  • Make the Sauce:
  • Mix 2 tbsp of Galaji American Chopsuey Masala with 1 cup of water.
  • (Optional: Add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup and 1 tsp vinegar.)
  • Pour in the prepared sauce.
  • Stir until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
  • Serve:
  • Place crispy noodles on a plate.
  • Pour hot sweet-spicy vegetable gravy on top.
  • Enjoy the perfect crunchy-saucy bite.
