Ingredients
- CORNFLOUR
- CORIANDER SEEDS
- CUMIN SEEDS
- BLACK PEPPER
- CHILLI
- GREEN CHILLI
- GINGER
- BASIL
- SESAME SEEDS
- SUGAR
- SALT & SPICES
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
Method
- Prepare Crispy Noodles:
- Boil noodles until just cooked.
- Drain, spread, and let them dry slightly.
- Deep-fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
- Keep aside.
- Stir-Fry Vegetables:
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok on high flame.
- Add julienned cabbage, capsicum, and carrots.
- Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes (keep crunchy).
- Make the Sauce:
- Mix 2 tbsp of Galaji American Chopsuey Masala with 1 cup of water.
- (Optional: Add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup and 1 tsp vinegar.)
- Pour in the prepared sauce.
- Stir until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
- Serve:
- Place crispy noodles on a plate.
- Pour hot sweet-spicy vegetable gravy on top.
- Enjoy the perfect crunchy-saucy bite.
