Ingredients
- Chilli
- coriander seeds
- cashew
- cumin seeds
- black pepper
- cinnamon
- kasuri methi
- bay leaves
- sugar
- Salt & Spices all in dry powder form.
Method
- In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil/ghee sauté 1 cup tomato puree until the oil separates.
- Add 1 cup fresh or frozen green peas and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add 1.5 tbsp Galaji Matar Paneer Masala and a half cup of water. Let it simmer until the peas are tender.
- Gently stir in 200g paneer cubes and 2 tbsp of fresh cream. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander.
- For Onion/Garlic Lovers: Sauté 1 large finely chopped onion and 1 tsp garlic paste until golden brown before adding the tomato puree.
