Ingredients
- Skimmed Milk Powder
- Sugar
- Cashew Nuts
- Cornflour
- Watermelon Seeds
- Coriander
- Turmeric
- Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi)
- Green Chilli Powder
- Salt & Spices all in dry powder form.
Method
- Prepare a mix of 5 vegetables (typically Gawar Phali, Ker, Sangri, Carrots, and Potatoes—or any 5 seasonal favorites like Peas, Cauliflower, Beans, etc.).
- Heat 2 tbsp ghee/oil.
- Add a pinch of mustard seeds and cumin and 2 chopped green chilies.
- Add the vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in 2 tbsp Galaji Rajasthani Panchmel Sabji Masala.
- Add a splash of water, cover, and cook on low heat until the vegetables are tender.
- For Onion/Garlic Lovers: Sauté 1 large chopped onion and 1 tsp garlic paste in ghee until golden brown before adding the vegetables for a more pungent, "dhaba-style" version.
