Ingredients
- CHILLI
- CORIANDER SEEDS
- CUMIN SEEDS
- BLACK PEPPER
- FENNEL SEEDS
- LEMON POWDER
- SALT & SPICES
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
- CONTAINS EDIBLE OIL (COTTON SEED OIL)
Method
- Melt 2 tbsp Butter on a large flat pan (tawa).
- Add 1 finely chopped capsicum and 1 chopped tomato.
- Mash the vegetables slightly with your spatula as they cook until they form a soft, chunky paste. Add 1.5 Tablespoons of Galaji Masala Pav Masala.
- Add a splash of water to keep the spices from burning and mix until the butter starts to separate and the masala looks glossy.
- Slice your Pav buns in half. Place them face down directly onto the spicy masala on the tawa.
- Move the Pav around to soak up all the masala and butter until the inside is well-coated and slightly toasted.
- Top with fresh coriander, a squeeze of lemon
- Add 1 tbsp of fresh Garlic paste along with the onions in Sautéing the garlic in butter until it just starts to brown
