Ingredients
- TURMERIC
- CINNAMON
- RED CHILLI
- CORIANDER LEAVES
- HERBS
- BLACK PEPPER
- CURRY LEAVES
- GREEN CHILLI
- GINGER
- SUGAR
- LEMON POWDER
- SALT & SPICES
- ALL IN DRY POWDER OR FLAKES FORM
Method
- In a pan, add 1 cup oats and 2 cups water.
- Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally until soft and creamy.
- Add finely chopped vegetables like carrots, beans, peas, or capsicum.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Sprinkle 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of Galaji Healthy Oats Masala.
- Mix well so the masala blends evenly.
- Add a little hot water if needed to get your desired texture (thick or slightly runny).
- Garnish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon (optional).
- Serve hot.
