How to Make Healthy Oats
Ingredients
  • TURMERIC

  • SUGAR
  • LEMON POWDER
  • SALT & SPICES
  • ALL IN DRY POWDER OR FLAKES FORM
Method
  • In a pan, add 1 cup oats and 2 cups water.
  • Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally until soft and creamy.
  • Add finely chopped vegetables like carrots, beans, peas, or capsicum.
  • Cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.
  • Sprinkle 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of Galaji Healthy Oats Masala.
  • Mix well so the masala blends evenly.
  • Add a little hot water if needed to get your desired texture (thick or slightly runny).
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon (optional).
  • Serve hot.
