Ingredients
- Coriander seeds
- Dry mango
- Fennel seeds
- Chilli
- Turmeric
- Green chilli
- Dry ginger
- Sesame seeds
- Carom seeds
- Cumin seeds
- Black pepper
- Salt & Spices all in dry powder form
- Contain Cotton seed oil
Method
- In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes/paneer add 1 tbspn Galaji Stuff Vegetable Masala, ginger paste, green chilies, and salt.
- Pack the potato mixture tightly into the hollowed bell peppers.
- Heat oil in a flat-bottomed pan.
- Place the peppers upright.
- Cover and cook on low-medium heat.
- Every 3-4 minutes, gently tilt the peppers onto their sides to get an even char on the skin.
- Once the pepper skin is wrinkled and soft, remove from heat.
- Serve hot with Parathas.
