Method
  • Cook your filling (Potatoes, Paneer or veggies) with and a generous sprinkle of this masala as per your liking
  • Wrap it in a soft roti with chutney and Cabbage/onions & Add chopped green chillies for more spiciness or cheese for a classic Bombay frankie
  • ptional: Add sliced onions and chopped green chilies for an extra spicy kick. Skip onions for the No Garlic/Onion version.
