- SUGAR
- TURMERIC
- GREEN CHILLI
- CAROM SEEDS
- SALT
- SPICES & HERBS. ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM. CONTAINS EDIBLE OIL (COTTON SEED OIL)
Method
- Cook your filling (Potatoes, Paneer or veggies) with and a generous sprinkle of this masala as per your liking
- Wrap it in a soft roti with chutney and Cabbage/onions & Add chopped green chillies for more spiciness or cheese for a classic Bombay frankie
- ptional: Add sliced onions and chopped green chilies for an extra spicy kick. Skip onions for the No Garlic/Onion version.
