Ingredients
- Chilli
- Green chilli
- cornflour
- corrianfder seeds
- Skimmed milk powder
- kasuri methi
- coriander leaves
- cashew
- watermelon seeds
- Salt & Spices all in dry powder form.
- Contains cotton seed oil
Method
- Heat 2 tbsp oil (preferably mustard oil) in a pan. Add 1 cup of fresh tomato puree. Sauté until the moisture evaporates.
- For a true Pahadi touch, add a half-cup of finely chopped spinach or fenugreek leaves and sauté until wilted (optional).
- Stir in 2 tbsp Galaji Pahadi Paneer Sabji Masala. Add a small amount of water.
- Add 250g paneer cubes. Simmer on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Finish with a dollop of fresh ghee and a sprinkle of fresh coriander.
- For Onion/Garlic Lovers: Sauté 1 large sliced onion and 3-4 crushed garlic cloves until deep brown before adding the tomato puree to give it a "Kumaoni" dhaba style depth.
