How to Make Pahadi Paneer Masala at Home (Traditional Recipe)
Ingredients
  • Chilli
  • Green chilli
  • cornflour
  • corrianfder seeds
  • Skimmed milk powder
  • kasuri methi
  • coriander leaves
  • cashew
  • watermelon seeds
  • Salt & Spices all in dry powder form.
  • Contains cotton seed oil
Method
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil (preferably mustard oil) in a pan. Add 1 cup of fresh tomato puree. Sauté until the moisture evaporates.
  • For a true Pahadi touch, add a half-cup of finely chopped spinach or fenugreek leaves and sauté until wilted (optional).
  • Stir in 2 tbsp Galaji Pahadi Paneer Sabji Masala. Add a small amount of water.
  • Add 250g paneer cubes. Simmer on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
  • Finish with a dollop of fresh ghee and a sprinkle of fresh coriander.
  • For Onion/Garlic Lovers: Sauté 1 large sliced onion and 3-4 crushed garlic cloves until deep brown before adding the tomato puree to give it a "Kumaoni" dhaba style depth.
