Ingredients
- BLACK PEPPER
- CUMIN SEEDS
- CORIANDER SEEDS
- DRY MANGO
- GREEN CHILLI
- LEMON POWDER
- SALT & SPICES
- ALL IN DRY POWDER OR FLAKES FORM.
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of Puffed Rice (Muri/Mamra). Add 1/2 cup of Sev, 2 tbsp roasted peanuts, add handful of crushed Papdi or Puris.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes and boiled potatoes. Sprinkle 1.5 Tablespoons of Galaji Moodi Bhel Masala over the mixture. Add 1 tbsp of Lemon juice. Add a handful of fresh coriander and Add Green Chutney & Sweet Chutney.
- Mix vigorously for 30 seconds.Eat immediately to ensure the puffed rice stays crunchy!
- Add Fine Chopped Onions & 1 tsp of fresh Garlic chutney.
