Ingredients
- GREEN CHILLI
- CORNFLOUR
- SUGAR
- GINGER
- SKIMMED MILK POWDER
- TURMERIC
- CURRY LEAVES
- FENNEL SEEDS
- CORIANDER SEEDS
- CUMIN SEEDS
- BLACK PEPPER
- SALT & SPICES
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
- CONTAINS EDIBLE OIL (COTTON SEED OIL)
Method
- Prepare the Balls:
- In a bowl, mix 1 cup grated cabbage, ½ cup grated carrots, 2 tbsp cornflour, salt, and a little water if needed.
- Shape into small balls and deep-fry until golden and crisp.
- Keep aside.
- Stir-Fry Base:
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok on high flame.
- Add chopped capsicum and green chilies.
- Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
- Add the Flavor:
- Add 1.5–2 tablespoons of Galaji Vegetable Manchurian Masala.
- Mix well to release aroma.
- Add the fried Manchurian balls and toss quickly to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately.
