How to Make Vegetable Manchurian
Ingredients
  • GREEN CHILLI
  • CORNFLOUR
  • SUGAR
  • GINGER

  • CORIANDER SEEDS
  • CUMIN SEEDS
  • BLACK PEPPER
  • SALT & SPICES
  • ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
  • CONTAINS EDIBLE OIL (COTTON SEED OIL)
Method
  • Prepare the Balls:
  • In a bowl, mix 1 cup grated cabbage, ½ cup grated carrots, 2 tbsp cornflour, salt, and a little water if needed.
  • Shape into small balls and deep-fry until golden and crisp.
  • Keep aside.
  • Stir-Fry Base:
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok on high flame.
  • Add chopped capsicum and green chilies.
  • Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
  • Add the Flavor:
  • Add 1.5–2 tablespoons of Galaji Vegetable Manchurian Masala.
  • Mix well to release aroma.
  • Add the fried Manchurian balls and toss quickly to coat evenly.
  • Serve immediately.
