How to Make Thai Red Curry
Ingredients
  • RED CHILLI
  • CORNFFLOUR
  • TOMATO POWDER
  • CORIANDER SEEDS
  • LEMON GRASS
  • GINGER
  • BIRD EYE CHILLI
  • CUMIN SEEDS
  • SUGAR
  • SALT
  • SPICES & HERBS
  • ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
  • CONTAINS EDIBLE OIL (COTTON SEED OIL)
Method
  • Heat oil in a pan and sauté 1 cup of vegetables (of your choice) and ½ cup protein (of your choice).
  • Add 1.5 tablespoons Galaji Thai Red Curry Masala.
  • Pour in coconut milk and mix well.
  • Add ½ cup water.
  • Simmer for 4–5 minutes until slightly thick.
  • Adjust salt and serve hot with steamed jasmine or basmati rice.
