Ingredients
- CHILLI
- CORNFLOUR
- SUGAR
- TOMATO POWDER
- GINGER
- SESAME SEEDS
- LEMON POWDER
- SALT
- SPICES & HERBS
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
Method
- Instant Schezwan Sauce:
- In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Galaji Schezwan Mix Masala.
- Add ¾ cup water and mix well.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thick.
- (Optional: Add 1 tsp vinegar or a little tomato ketchup.)
- Stir-Fry (Noodles / Fried Rice):
- Heat oil on high flame.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry.
- Add 1–1.5 teaspoons of Galaji Schezwan Mix Masala while tossing.
- Mix well and cook for 2 minutes for a spicy coating.
