Paneer Cheese Butter Masala – Cheesy & Buttery Paneer Delight
Ingredients
  • Skimmed Milk Powder
  • Sugarm Chilli
  • Cashew
  • Cornflour
  • coriander seeds
  • watermelon seeds
  • kasuri methi
  • turmeric
  • black pepper
  • Salt & Spices all in dry powder form.
Method
  • Boil 4 medium tomatoes with 12-15 cashews (Optinal). Once soft, blend into a very smooth puree and strain it.
  • Sauté: Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan. and the tomato-cashew puree.
  • Spice it up: Add 1 tbsp Galaji Paneer Butter Masala. Cook until the butter begins to leave the sides.
  • Finish: Gently fold in 200g paneer cubes. Stir in 2 tbsp heavy cream and a generous sprinkle of crushed Kasuri Methi (Optional).
  • Simmer for 2 minutes and serve.
