Ingredients
- Skimmed Milk Powder
- Sugarm Chilli
- Cashew
- Cornflour
- coriander seeds
- watermelon seeds
- kasuri methi
- turmeric
- black pepper
- Salt & Spices all in dry powder form.
Method
- Boil 4 medium tomatoes with 12-15 cashews (Optinal). Once soft, blend into a very smooth puree and strain it.
- Sauté: Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan. and the tomato-cashew puree.
- Spice it up: Add 1 tbsp Galaji Paneer Butter Masala. Cook until the butter begins to leave the sides.
- Finish: Gently fold in 200g paneer cubes. Stir in 2 tbsp heavy cream and a generous sprinkle of crushed Kasuri Methi (Optional).
- Simmer for 2 minutes and serve.
