Ingredients
- CHILLI
- CUMIN SEEDS
- CORNFLOUR
- BIRD EYE CHILLI
- SUGAR
- DRY MANGO
- CHILLI FLAKES
- OREGANO
- BLACK PEPPER
- TOMATO POWDER
- SALT & HERBS
- ALL IN DRY POWDER OR FLAKES FORM
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped tomatoes and capsicum/bell pepper.
- Add 1/2 cup corn and 1 cup boiled beans, mix well.
- Sprinkle Galaji Mexican Masala and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Add a squeeze of lemon juice and mix.
- Use as filling for tacos, burritos, nachos topping, quesadillas, Mexican rice bowls or wraps.
