Ingredients
- Chilli
- Coriander seeds
- Black pepper
- Cumin seeds
- Turmeric
- Mustard seed
- Sesame seeds
- Fennel seeds
- Ginger
- Cinnamon
- Clove
- Star anise seeds
- Salt & Spices all in dry powder form
Method
- Marinate your choice of protein with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and 2 tablespoons Galaji Hyderabadi Bhuna Masala. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add curry leaves and the marinated protein. Cook on high heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Now, add the crushed fried onions. Lower the heat and keep stirring. If the masala sticks to the pan, add a teaspoon of water.
- Cook till the oil seperates.
- Garnish with fresh mint and a squeeze of lime. Serve with rumali roti or steamed rice.
