  • Cashew
  • Cornflour
  • coriander seeds
  • water melon seeds
  • sugar
  • kasuri methi
  • turmeric
  • black pepper
  • Salt & Spices all in dry powder form.

How to Make Shahi Paneer Masala at Home (Restaurant Style)
Ingredients
  • Skimmed Powder
  • Chilli
  • Cashew
  • Cornflour
  • coriander seeds
  • water melon seeds
  • sugar
  • kasuri methi
  • turmeric
  • black pepper
  • Salt & Spices all in dry powder form.
Method
  • Boil 4 medium tomatoes with 12-15 cashews (Optinal).
  • Once soft, blend into a very smooth puree and strain it.
  • Sauté: Heat ghee in a pan, Lower the heat and Add tomato-cashew puree.
  • Add 1 tbsp Galaji Shahi Paneer Masala, Add fresh cream & whisked curd, Stir continuously to ensure it doesn't split.
  • Add paneer cubes.
  • Cover and simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
