Ingredients
- Skimmed Powder
- Chilli
- Cashew
- Cornflour
- coriander seeds
- water melon seeds
- sugar
- kasuri methi
- turmeric
- black pepper
- Salt & Spices all in dry powder form.
Method
- Boil 4 medium tomatoes with 12-15 cashews (Optinal).
- Once soft, blend into a very smooth puree and strain it.
- Sauté: Heat ghee in a pan, Lower the heat and Add tomato-cashew puree.
- Add 1 tbsp Galaji Shahi Paneer Masala, Add fresh cream & whisked curd, Stir continuously to ensure it doesn't split.
- Add paneer cubes.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
