Ingredients
- Chilli
- Sugar
- Turmeric
- Sesame Seeds
- Cumin Seeds
- Dry Mango
- Carom Seeds
- Black Pepper
- Salt & Spices all in dry powder form
- Contain Cotton seed oil
Method
- In the Stuffing: Prepare your filling (mashed potatoes, crumbled paneer, or grated cauliflower).
- Sprinkle 1–2 tsp of Galaji Roti & Paratha Masala into the mix.
- This eliminates the need for multiple individual spices and provides a uniform, professional taste.
- In the Dough (Masala Roti): Add 1–2 tsp of the masala directly to your whole wheat flour (Atta) or Gram flour (Besan) while kneading.
- Pro Tip: For a "Masala Missi Roti," add chopped coriander and green chilies to the dough along with the masala for a vibrant look and taste.
- The Cooking: Roll out your rotis or parathas and cook them on a hot tawa using ghee or oil until golden brown spots appear on both sides.
- The Finishing Touch: Once the paratha is off the heat, brush it with a little more ghee or a dollop of white butter.
- Immediately sprinkle a pinch of Galaji Roti & Paratha Masala on top for a final burst of aroma and flavor.
