Ingredients
- Coriander Seeds
- Turmeric
- Cumin Seeds
- Black Pepper
- Chilli Powder
- Mustard Seeds
- Fenugreek Seeds
- Bay Leaf
- Kasuri Methi
- Cinnamon
- Salt & Spices all in dry powder form.
Method
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil or ghee in a pan. Add your choice of chopped vegetables (such as cauliflower, potatoes, peas, or paneer).
- Optional: Sauté 1 chopped onion and 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste before adding the vegetables for a standard preparation.
- Add salt, turmeric, and 1 full tablespoon of Galaji Kitchen King Masala. Toss the vegetables well to coat them in the masala.
- Add a splash of water, cover, and cook on low heat until the vegetables are tender.
- This masala works perfectly in "Daily Cooking" for all sorts of dry vegetables (Sukhi Sabzi), dals, or gravies.
- Finish with fresh coriander and serve with hot rotis.
