How to Make Kitchen King Masala at Home (Authentic Recipe)
Ingredients
  • Coriander Seeds
  • Turmeric
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Black Pepper
  • Chilli Powder
  • Mustard Seeds
  • Fenugreek Seeds
  • Bay Leaf
  • Kasuri Methi
  • Cinnamon
  • Salt & Spices all in dry powder form.
Method
  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil or ghee in a pan. Add your choice of chopped vegetables (such as cauliflower, potatoes, peas, or paneer).
  • Optional: Sauté 1 chopped onion and 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste before adding the vegetables for a standard preparation.
  • Add salt, turmeric, and 1 full tablespoon of Galaji Kitchen King Masala. Toss the vegetables well to coat them in the masala.
  • Add a splash of water, cover, and cook on low heat until the vegetables are tender.
  • This masala works perfectly in "Daily Cooking" for all sorts of dry vegetables (Sukhi Sabzi), dals, or gravies.
  • Finish with fresh coriander and serve with hot rotis.
