How to Make Pasta Yellow Sauce
Ingredients
  • SKIMMED MILK POWDER
  • CORNFFLOUR
  • CHEESE POWDER
  • SUGAR
  • TURMERIC
  • GREEN CHILLI
  • SALT
  • SPICES & HERBS
  • ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
Method
  • In a pan, add 2 cups cold milk and 2 tablespoons Galaji Pasta Yellow Sauce Masala.
  • Whisk well to avoid lumps.
  • Cook on medium flame, stirring continuously until thick and creamy.
  • Add 1 cup boiled pasta and ½ cup vegetables.
  • Mix well and cook for 1–2 minutes.
  • Add cheese or butter if desired and serve hot.
