Ingredients
- RED CHILLI FLAKES
- OREGANO
- BASIL
- DRY MANGO
- SUGAR
- SESAME SEED
- CINNAMON
- DRY GINGER
- BLACK PEPPER
- SALT
- HERBS
- ALL IN DRY POWDER OR FLAKES FORM
Method
- A. Generously sprinkle Galaji Pizza Masala over the cheese before baking.
- This allows the spices to meld with the melting cheese.
- B. Take 1 cup of thick tomato puree (store-bought or homemade by blanching and blending tomatoes).
- Add 1 tablespoon of Galaji Pizza Masala.
- Optional: If you prefer the standard version, sauté 1 teaspoon of minced garlic in oil before adding the tomato puree.
- Simmer on low heat for 5–7 minutes until it thickens into a spreadable consistency.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of olive oil or butter at the end for a glossy, rich finish.
