Ingredients
- LEMON GRASS
- TURMERIC
- CHILLI
- BLACK PEPPER
- SUGAR
- GINGER
- CUMIN SEEDS
- STARANISEED
- FENNEL SEEDS
- LEMON POWDER
- SALT & SPICESS
- ALL IN DRY POWDER OR FLAKES FORM
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté vegetables and protein for 2–3 minutes
- Keep aside
- In the same pan Add 1 tablespoon Galaji Burmese Khow Suey Spice Mix & Pour in coconut milk and whisk well.
- Add 1/2 cup water simmer for 4–5 minutes until slightly thick and creamy.
- Adjust seasoning.
- Assemble To serve: Place noodles in a bowl and pour the hot curry, sautéd veggies & protein over them.
- Also add other Toppings Roasted peanuts, Fresh coriander, Lemon wedge, Chilli oil, Crispy fried onions & fried Garlic (for onion & garlic lovers).
