Ingredients
- CORNFLOUR
- CHILLI
- GINGER
- STAR ANISEED
- SESAME SEEDS
- SUGAR
- SALT
- SPICES & HERBS
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
- CONTAINS EDIBLE OIL (COTTON SEED OIL)
Method
- Use 2 cups of cold, leftover cooked rice (grains should be separate).
- If using fresh rice, spread it on a plate to cool completely.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok or large pan on high flame.
- Add finely chopped carrots, beans, cabbage, and capsicum.
- Stir-fry for 2 minutes until crunchy.
- Optional: Sauté ¼ cup chopped onions and 1 tsp minced garlic before adding other vegetables for the standard version.
- Add 1.5 tablespoons of Galaji Fried Rice Masala.
- This masala contains the necessary salt and spice, but you can add a dash of soy sauce if desired.
- Add the rice to the pan.
- Toss vigorously on high heat for 3 minutes to ensure the masala coats every grain and the rice gets a slight.
