Ingredients
- CUMIN SEEDS
- DRY MANGO
- CHILLI
- BLACK PEPPER
- CORIANDER SEEDS
- CAROM SEEDS
- SALT & SPICES
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
Method
- Take 1 cup of fresh chilled curd (yogurt).
- Whisk it until smooth and creamy.
- Add 1 teaspoon of Galaji Dahivada - Raita Masala directly to the curd.
- For Raita: Add finely chopped cucumbers, boondi, or pineapples.
- For Dahivada: Soak your fried vadas in water, squeeze gently, and arrange them in a flat dish.
