Ingredients
- PROCESSED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- SKIMMED MILK POWDER
- CHILLI
- SUGAR
- TURMERIC

- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
Method
- Roast your Makhana (Foxnuts) in a pan until crunchy, or pop your corn kernels until fluffy.
- While the popcorn or makhana is still piping hot, transfer it to a large mixing bowl and toss with 1–2
- tablespoons of melted butter or olive oil.
- Sprinkle Galaji Yummy Cheese Masala generously over the contents.
- Do not heat the masala directly in the pan.
- Mixing it in a bowl ensures the cheese flavor stays vibrant and doesn't burn or turn bitter.
- Shake or mix vigorously until every piece is evenly coated in a golden cheesy glaze.
- Serve immediately for the best crunch!
