- Rock Salt
- Black Salt
- Black Pepper
- Turmeric
- Salt & Spices all in dry powder form
Method
- Whisk 1 cup of fresh curd with 2 cups of chilled water until frothy.
- Add 1/2 tsp Galaji Jeera Chhas Masala and salt to taste.
- Stir well.
