Ingredients
- CORIANDER SEEDS
- GINGER
- CHILLI
- DRY MANGO
- CUMIN SEEDS
- BLACK PEPPER
- SALT
- SPICES & HERBS
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
Method
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a bowl, mix 1 cup finely chopped cabbage and ½ cup grated carrots.
- Add 1–1.5 tablespoons of Galaji Vegetable Momos Masala.
- Mix well.
- Place a spoonful of filling into momo wrappers.
- Fold and seal into desired shapes.
- Steam for 8–10 minutes until cooked through.
- Instant Momos Chutney:
- In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon Galaji Vegetable Momos Masala with 2–3 tablespoons water.
- Add a little soy or chili sauce.
- Mix into a smooth, spicy dip.
