Ingredients
- CORIANDER SEEDS
- DRY MANGO
- CHILLI
- CORNFLOUR
- WATERMELON SEEDS
- CUMIN SEEDS
- BLACK PEPPER
- GREEN CHILLI
- SALT & SPICES
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM. CONTAINS EDIBLE OIL (COTTON SEED OIL)
Method
- Pressure cook 4-5 large potatoes, Peel and crumble the potatoes by hand—do not mash them smooth; chunks are essential for texture
- You can also add 1/4 cup boiled green peas.
- Add 2 tbsp Oil in a pan. Add 2 Tablespoons of Galaji Punjabi Samosa Masala. Stir on low heat for 20 seconds to release the oils.
- Add the crumbled potatoes and peas to the pan. Place a spoonful of the filling into your prepared samosa pastry cones.
- Deep-fry on a low-to-medium flame until the crust is a deep golden brown and super crunchy.
