Method
  • Pressure cook 4-5 large potatoes, Peel and crumble the potatoes by hand—do not mash them smooth; chunks are essential for texture
  • You can also add 1/4 cup boiled green peas.
  • Add 2 tbsp Oil in a pan. Add 2 Tablespoons of Galaji Punjabi Samosa Masala. Stir on low heat for 20 seconds to release the oils.
  • Add the crumbled potatoes and peas to the pan. Place a spoonful of the filling into your prepared samosa pastry cones.
  • Deep-fry on a low-to-medium flame until the crust is a deep golden brown and super crunchy.
