Ingredients
- CHILLI

- KASURI METHI
- TOMATO POWDER
- TURMERIC
- SALT & SPICES
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
- CONTAINS EDIBLE OIL (COTTON SEED OIL)
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of thick hung curd (Greek yogurt) or 2 tablespoons of mustard oil
- Add 1.5 to 2 tablespoons of Galaji Smoked Tandoori Masala and salt to taste.
- Optional: Add 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste and a squeeze of lemon juice for the standard version. Skip the paste for the No Garlic version.
- Add 250g of paneer cubes, whole mushrooms, or cauliflower florets to the marinade. Gently toss to ensure every piece is thickly coated. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill/Oven: Arrange on skewers and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes. Air-Fry: Air-fry at 180°C for 10–12 minutes until the edges are slightly charred.
- Tawa: Pan-sear on a flat griddle with a little butter or oil until golden brown on all sides.
