How to Make Vegetable Jaipuri Sabji Masala at Home (Step-by-Step)
Ingredients
  • Coriander seeds
  • Chilli
  • Cashew
  • Turmeric
  • Cumin seeds
  • Black pepper
  • Ginger
  • Salt & Spices all in dry powder form
  • Contain Cotton seed oil
Method
  • Steam a mix of cauliflower, carrots, beans, and green peas until 80% cooked.
  • Heat 2 tbsp ghee/oil.
  • Add 1.5 cups tomato puree.
  • Sauté until till oil separates.
  • Stir in 2 tbsp Galaji Vegetable Jaipuri Sabji Masala.
  • Add 1/2 cup whisked curd or fresh cream to give the gravy its signature "Shahi" richness.
  • Add the steamed vegetables and 100g paneer cubes.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Just before serving, top with crushed roasted papad and a handful of raisins for that authentic crunch and sweetness.
