Ingredients
- Coriander seeds
- Chilli
- Cashew
- Turmeric
- Cumin seeds
- Black pepper
- Ginger
- Salt & Spices all in dry powder form
- Contain Cotton seed oil
Method
- Steam a mix of cauliflower, carrots, beans, and green peas until 80% cooked.
- Heat 2 tbsp ghee/oil.
- Add 1.5 cups tomato puree.
- Sauté until till oil separates.
- Stir in 2 tbsp Galaji Vegetable Jaipuri Sabji Masala.
- Add 1/2 cup whisked curd or fresh cream to give the gravy its signature "Shahi" richness.
- Add the steamed vegetables and 100g paneer cubes.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Just before serving, top with crushed roasted papad and a handful of raisins for that authentic crunch and sweetness.
- For Onion/Garlic Lovers: Sauté 1 large finely chopped onion and 1 tsp garlic paste until golden brown before adding the tomato puree
