How to Make Paneer Makhanwala at Home (Authentic Recipe)
Ingredients
  • Skimmed Milk Powder
  • Sugar
  • Chilli
  • Cashew
  • Cornflour
  • coriander Seeds
  • watermelon
  • kasuri methi
  • turmeric
  • black pepper
  • Salt & Spices all in dry powder form.
Method
  • Puree 5 blanched tomatoes and strain through a fine sieve to remove all seeds and skin.
  • Melt 3 tbsp butter in a kadai.
  • Add the tomato puree and cook on medium heat until it thickens significantly.
  • Add 1 tbsp Galaji Paneer Makhanwala Masala.
  • Add paneer cubes and ½ cup of warm milk (instead of water) to keep the gravy rich.
  • Finish with a swirl of fresh cream and a tiny dollop of butter on top before serving.
