Ingredients
- Skimmed Milk Powder
- Sugar
- Chilli
- Cashew
- Cornflour
- coriander Seeds
- watermelon
- kasuri methi
- turmeric
- black pepper
- Salt & Spices all in dry powder form.
Method
- Puree 5 blanched tomatoes and strain through a fine sieve to remove all seeds and skin.
- Melt 3 tbsp butter in a kadai.
- Add the tomato puree and cook on medium heat until it thickens significantly.
- Add 1 tbsp Galaji Paneer Makhanwala Masala.
- Add paneer cubes and ½ cup of warm milk (instead of water) to keep the gravy rich.
- Finish with a swirl of fresh cream and a tiny dollop of butter on top before serving.
