Ingredients
- Coriander seeds
- Cumin Seeds
- Star Aniseeds
- Chilli
- Turmeric
- Sesame Seeds
- Cinnamon
- Dry Mango
- Sugar
- Salt & Spices all in dry powder form
- Contain Cotton seed oil
Method
- Soak 1/2 cup Rice and 1/2 cup Moong Dal (Yellow or Green) for 20 minutes.
- Chop mixed veggies like carrots, beans, peas, and potatoes.
- Heat 2 tbsp Ghee in a pressure cooker.
- Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add 1.5 tbsp Galaji Vegetable Khichadi Masala.
- Add the soaked rice and dal.
- Add 4 cups of water (for a soft, porridge-like consistency).
- Pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
- Serve hot with a massive dollop of Ghee, a side of curd, and authentic Gujarati Kadhi.
