How to Make Vegetable Spring Roll
Ingredients
  • CORNFLOUR

  • LEMON POWDER
  • SUGAR
  • SALT

Method
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan on high flame.
  • Add finely shredded cabbage, carrots, and capsicum.
  • Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes (keep slightly crunchy).
  • Add 1–1.5 tablespoons of Galaji Vegetable Spring Roll Masala.
  • Mix well and cook for 1 minute to release aroma.
  • Let the filling cool completely before wrapping to avoid soggy rolls.
  • Place the filling in spring roll sheets.
  • Roll tightly and seal edges with a flour paste.
  • Deep-fry on medium heat until golden and crispy.
  • Serve with spicy chutney or Schezwan sauce.
