- CORNFLOUR
- CORIANDER SEEDS

- SESAME SEEDS
- GINGER
- BLACK PEPPER
- CHILLI
- CAROM SEEDS
- LEMON POWDER
- SUGAR
- SALT
- SPICES & HERBS
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
Method
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan on high flame.
- Add finely shredded cabbage, carrots, and capsicum.
- Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes (keep slightly crunchy).
- Add 1–1.5 tablespoons of Galaji Vegetable Spring Roll Masala.
- Mix well and cook for 1 minute to release aroma.
- Let the filling cool completely before wrapping to avoid soggy rolls.
- Place the filling in spring roll sheets.
- Roll tightly and seal edges with a flour paste.
- Deep-fry on medium heat until golden and crispy.
- Serve with spicy chutney or Schezwan sauce.
