Method
- Instant Pani Step: In a large jug, mix 1 liter of chilled water with 3 tbsp of Galaji Pani Puri Masala. Tip: Stir well to ensure the spices are fully incorporated.
- Extra Freshness Version To take your spicy water to the next level: Add: A fresh paste of mint leaves and green chillies. Enhance: Squeeze in half a lemon and add a pinch of salt if needed.
- Serving Suggestions Assembly: Use crisp Pani Puris (Golgappas). Fillings: Stuff with your choice of Ragda (yellow peas), mashed potatoes, or crispy boondi.
- Enjoy: Dip the stuffed puri into the prepared spiced water and eat immediately for the best crunch!
