Ingredients
- CORIANDER SEEDS
- CHILLI
- CUMIN SEEDS
- BLACK PEPPER
- SKIMMED MILK POWDER
- SUGAR
- FENNEL SEEDS
- CINNAMON CLOVES STARANISEED
- KASURI METHI
- SALT & SPICES
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
- CONTAINS EDIBLE OIL (COTTON SEED OIL)
Method
- Cook 2 cups of pre-cooked Rice, cooled Basmati rice (leftover rice works best as the grains stay separate).
- In a large flat pan or tawa add 2 tbsp Butter, Add 1 tsp Cumin seeds, Add finely chop 1 tomato, 1 capsicum Cook until the vegetables are soft but still have a slight crunch. Add 2 Tablespoons of Galaji Tawa Pulao Masala.
- Add the boiled rice and 1/2 cup boiled peas to the pan.
- On high heat and toss everything together quickly so the rice gets coated in the buttery masala without breaking.
- Top with plenty of fresh coriander and a generous squeeze of lemon. Serve hot with chilled raita.
