Ingredients
- JAGGERY
- SUGAR
- CORN FLOUR
- TAMARIND
- DRY MANGO
- LEMON POWDER
- CUMIN SEEDS
- SALT & SPICES
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
Method
- In a saucepan, add 1 cup of water.
- Stir in 1.5 tablespoon of Galaji Sweet & Sour Chutney Mix Masala.
- Place the pan on medium heat.
- Switch off the flame when it becomes thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
- Let it cool completely—it will thicken further as it cools.
- Drizzle over your favorite chaat or use as a dipping sauce for hot pakoras.
