Ingredients
- CHILLI
- CORIANDER SEEDS,
- CORNFLOUR
- GREEN CHILLI,
- DRY MANGO
- TURMERIC
- WATERMELON SEEDS
- CUMIN SEEDS
- SESAME SEEDS
- FENNEL SEEDS
- MACE
- SALT
- SPICES & HERBS
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
- CONTAINS EDIBLE OIL (COTTON SEED OIL)
Method
- Boil, peel, and mash 3–4 medium potatoes. Add 1 cup of finely chopped steamed vegetables (carrots, beans, peas, or corn)
- Add 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs or roasted gram flour (besan) to help bind the mixture. Add 2 tablespoon Galaji Vegetable Kabab & Tikki Masala.
- Optional: Add finely chopped ginger and green chilies for an extra spicy punch. Mix thoroughly and shape the mixture into round tikkis or elongated kababs.
- Shallow fry until golden brown. Serve hot with Galaji Spicy Green Chutney and a side of pickled onions.
