- SALT & SPICES ALL IN DRY OR FLAKES POWDER FORM. CONTAINS EDIBLE OIL (COTTON SEED OIL)
Method
- Prep the Green Base Pressure cook 2 potatoes, 1 cup cauliflower, and 1/2 cup green peas, 1 Capsicum. Drain and mash the vegetables into a smooth paste.
- Green Paste: Blend a large 2 Raw Green Tomatoes, handful of fresh coriander, 1/2 cup mint leaves, and 3-4 green chilies into a smooth green paste.
- The Zesty Tempering Sauté: Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds.
- Infuse: Add the green herb paste and 1 tsp grated ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- The Flavor: Add 2.5 Tablespoons of Galaji Hariyali Pav Bhaji Masala. Stir well for 30 seconds.
