Ingredients
- GREEN CHILLI
- CORNFFLOUR
- SPINACH
- CORIANDER SEEDS
- LEMON GRASS
- CORIANDER LEAVES
- GINGER
- CUMIN SEEDS
- SUGAR
- SALT
- SPICES & HERBS
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
- CONTAINS EDIBLE OIL (COTTON SEED OIL)
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté 1 cup of vegetables (of your choice) and ½ cup protein (of your choice).
- Add 1.5 tablespoons Galaji Thai Green Curry Masala.
- Pour in coconut milk and mix well.
- Add ½ cup water.
- Simmer for 4–5 minutes until slightly thick.
- Adjust salt and serve hot with steamed jasmine or basmati rice.
