Ingredients
- BLACK PEPPER
- SESAME SEEDS
- MUSTARD SEEDS
- LEMON POWDER
- CINNAMON

- CAROM SEEDS
- KASURI METHI
- CLOVES
- MACE
- SUGAR
- SALT
- SPICES & HERBS
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
Method
- Toss the Veggies:
- Heat butter on high flame.
- Add all vegetables (as per your choice) and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
- Add Galaji Vegetable Tawa Sizzler Masala, toss on high heat until slightly charred.
- Remove.
- Cook the Protein:
- In the same pan, heat oil.
- Add paneer/tofu/soya chunks.
- Sprinkle Galaji Vegetable Tawa Sizzler Masala and sauté until golden and coated.
- Remove.
- Prepare the Sizzler Sauce:
- In the pan, add 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp chilli sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, ½ tsp vinegar or lemon juice, 1 tsp Galaji Vegetable Tawa Sizzler Masala, and 2–3 tbsp water.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes until slightly thick and glossy.
- Assemble the Sizzler:
- Place hot base (rice/noodles) on a sizzling plate or hot pan.
- Arrange veggies and protein on top.
- Pour hot sauce generously over.
- Serve immediately for that signature sizzling effect!
