Ingredients
- CHILLI
- GINGER
- BLACK PEPPER
- STAR ANISEED
- FENNEL
- CORNFLOUR
- SUGAR
- SALT & SPICES
- ALL IN DRY POWDER OR FLAKES FORM
Method
- Prepare any Indo-Chinese dish (stir fry, noodles, fried rice, momo's, Manchurian, chilli paneer).
- Sprinkle 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of Galaji Desi Chinese Masala at the final stage.
- Toss well on high flame for 30–60 seconds.
