- GREEN CHILLI
- MINT LEAVES
- CORNFLOUR
- DRY MANGO
- CORIANDER SEEDS & LEAVES
- CUMIN SEEDS
- TURMERIC
- SUGAR
- SALT
- SPICES & HERBS
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
Method
- In a pan, bring 1½ cups of water to a boil.
- Add 1 pack of noodles (approx. 200g).
- Sprinkle 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of Galaji Minty Chilli Noodles Masala.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra freshness (optional).
- Serve hot with a light, refreshing flavor.
- You can even try Minty Stir-Fried Noodles.
