Ingredients
- DESICATED COCONUT
- LEMON POWDER
- CURRY LEAVES
- TURMERIC
- FENUGREEK SEEDS
- CUMIN SEEDS
- CORIANDER SEEDS
- BLACK PEPPER
- CHILLI
- SUGAR
- SALT & SPICES
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM.
Method
- Heat 2 tbsp oil. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and peanuts
- Add cooked rice and mix gently. Sprinkle 1.5 tbsp Galaji Lemon Rice Masala.
- Add salt if needed. Toss well and serve warm.
