Ingredients
- CHEESE POWDER
- CORNFLOUR
- SUGAR
- CHILLI
- TURMERIC
- MUSTARD SEED
- DRY MANGO
- SALT
- SPICES & HERBS
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
Method
- The Instant Cheese Sauce:
- Warm ¼ cup of heavy cream or milk in a small pan.
- Add 1.5 tablespoon of Galaji Cheese Dip Masala - Yellow Mustard.
- Whisk on low heat until silky dip.
- Use hot or cooled as per your preference.
- The Creamy Dip:
- Take 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise or thick Greek yogurt (hung curd) in a bowl.
- Add 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of Galaji Yellow Mustard Cheese Dip Masala.
- Whisk until smooth and let it sit for 2 minutes to allow the spice flavors to bloom.
- Serve as a dipping sauce for hot fries, nachos, or crisps.
