Ingredients
- SKIMMED MILK POWDER
- CORNFFLOUR
- GREEN CHILLI
- SPINACH
- CHEESE POWDER
- SUGAR
- CORIANDER LEAVES
- SALT
- SPICES & HERBS
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
Method
- In a pan, add 2 cups milk or water and 2 tablespoons Galaji Pasta Green Sauce Masala.
- Whisk well and cook on medium flame.
- Stir continuously until the sauce becomes smooth and slightly thick.
- Add ½ cup vegetables and 1 cup boiled pasta.
- Mix well and cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Add cheese or butter if desired and serve hot.
