How to Make Noodles
Ingredients
  • CORIANDER SEEDS
  • DRY MANGO

  • SUGAR
  • SALT
  • SPICES & HERBS
  • ALL IN DRY POWDER OR FLAKES FORM
Method
  • Quick Masala Noodles (Soupy Style):
  • In a pan, bring 1½ cups of water to a boil.
  • Add 1 pack of noodles (approx. 200g).
  • Sprinkle 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of Galaji Noodles Masala.
  • Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally until noodles are soft and the masala is well absorbed.
  • Serve hot as a quick, comforting bowl of masala noodles.
  • Street-Style Stir-Fried Noodles:
  • Boil noodles separately, drain, and keep aside.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok on high flame.
  • Add chopped vegetables (capsicum, cabbage, carrots).
  • Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
  • Add paneer or tofu for protein.
  • Add 1.5 tablespoons of Galaji Noodles Masala and mix well.
  • Add noodles and toss on high flame for 2–3 minutes until evenly coated.
