Ingredients
- CORIANDER SEEDS
- DRY MANGO
- GREEN CHILLI
- TURMERIC
- RED CHILLI
- CORNFLOUR
- CINNAMON
- FENNEL SEEDS
- SUGAR
- SALT
- SPICES & HERBS
- ALL IN DRY POWDER OR FLAKES FORM
Method
- Quick Masala Noodles (Soupy Style):
- In a pan, bring 1½ cups of water to a boil.
- Add 1 pack of noodles (approx. 200g).
- Sprinkle 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of Galaji Noodles Masala.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally until noodles are soft and the masala is well absorbed.
- Serve hot as a quick, comforting bowl of masala noodles.
- Street-Style Stir-Fried Noodles:
- Boil noodles separately, drain, and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok on high flame.
- Add chopped vegetables (capsicum, cabbage, carrots).
- Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
- Add paneer or tofu for protein.
- Add 1.5 tablespoons of Galaji Noodles Masala and mix well.
- Add noodles and toss on high flame for 2–3 minutes until evenly coated.
