- CAROM SEEDS
- KASURI METHI
- CINNAMON
- BLACK PEPPER
- CLOVES
- LEMON POWDER
- SALT & SPICES
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
- CONTAINS EDIBLE OIL (COTTON SEED OIL)
Method
- Mix curd, oil, and 2 tbsp Galaji Vegetable Barbecue Masala.
- Coat vegetables (capsicum, paneer, onion or as per your choice).
- Marinate for 30 minutes. Grill / air fry until slightly charred.
