Ingredients
- Green Chilli
- cornflour
- coriander seeds
- spinach
- Skimmed milk powdew
- fenugreek leaves
- coriander leaves
- chilli
- cadhew
- watermelon seeds
- sugar
- Salt & Spices all in dry powder form
Method
- In a Bowl add 2 tbsp Galaji Hariyali Paneer Masala and 1/2 cup whisked yogurt or fresh cream.
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add the paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
- Add 250g paneer cubes (lightly sautéed paneer works best here). Simmer for 3 minutes. Do not overcook.
- Best enjoyed with hot parathas or steamed Basmati rice.
- For Onion/Garlic Lovers: Sauté 1 medium chopped onion and 1 tsp garlic paste until translucent before adding the paste.
