Ingredients
- Chilli
- Water Melon seeds
- cashew
- coriander seeds
- cornflour
- cumin seeds
- fennel seeds
- black pepper
- cinnamon
- Star Aniseeds
- Cloves
- Turmeric
- Kasuri Methi
- Salt & Spices all in dry powder form.
Method
- Marinate 250g paneer cubes in 2 tbsp yogurt, 1 tsp mustard oil, and 2 tsp Galaji Paneer Tikka Masala.
- Pan-fry or grill until the edges are charred.
- Set aside.
- Sauté 1.5 cups tomato puree in butter or oil until the oil separates.
- Add a paste of 10 soaked cashews (Optional) and 1.5 tbsp Galaji Paneer Tikka Masala.
- Sauté for 2 mins.
- Toss in the charred paneer and 1/2 cup water.
- Simmer for 5 mins.
- Finish with a drizzle of fresh cream and crushed Kasuri Methi.
- For Onion/Garlic Lovers: Sauté 1 large onion (finely chopped) and 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste until golden brown before adding the tomato puree.
