- CORNFLOUR
- BIRD EYE CHILLI
- RED CHILLI
- CORIANDER SEEDS
- DRY MANGO
- TURMERIC
- CINNAMON
- FENNEL SEEDS
- TAMARIND
- SUGAR
- SALT
- SPICES & HERBS
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
Method
- In a pan, bring 1½ cups of water to a boil.
- Add 1 pack of noodles (approx. 200g).
- Sprinkle 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of Galaji Spicy Piri Piri Noodles Masala.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot for a bold, fiery experience.
- You can even try Stir-Fried Piri Piri Noodles.
